This week in Taking Flight

We bring together the two lectionary readings from the New Testament. Today’s passage from Paul’s letter to the Corinthians succinctly summarises the gospel message, Then Luke recounts the time that Jesus and Simon went fishing, their miraculous catch, and the decision of the fishermen to follow Jesus. This imagery lends itself to contemporary application and creativity.
