This week in Taking Flight

Jesus clashes with the religious leaders in today’s gospel passage. This serves to remind us that we are most likely to missing God’s leading when we think that we, or our church, or our denomination has all the answers! By teaching that the Sabbath was made to meet the needs of people, and healing the man with the deformed hand, Jesus shows us that compassion overrules the law. With the use of visual resources and music we explore how to make applications to our current context.
